I made a change and accidentally hit "return" while typing my reasons! What I meant to type was it seems reasonable to keep both Category:Crime in the West Bank and Gaza Strip and Category:Crime in Palestine as parents of this category until the scope of the category can be agreed to or the categories can otherwise be sorted out in a CFD.
