- On further digging my guess is that editors have been using Category:Immigrants to the United States for presumed and verified Naturalized citizens, and Category:Expatriates in the United States for presumed and verified non-citizen immigrants. Ideally Immigrants be a {{containercat}} with subcats Expatriates and Naturalized citizens, and Naturalized citizens should also be a subcat of Category:People with acquired United States citizenship. jnestorius^(talk) 23:41, 6 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
