I've started a massive recategorization of the pages and subcategories of this page. All mobile telecommunications standards pages should be identified as either a 3GPP standard, a 3GPP2 standard, or other. Only if it is a non-3GPP and non-3GPP2 standard should it be in this category. Otherwise, the page should be put somewhere under 3GPP or 3GPP2. Put the page in the 3GPP parent-level or 3GPP2 parent-level categories only if the standardized feature crosses multiple network types within 3GPP or 3GPP2.
