[edit]Could we maybe create a sub-category Category:Machine learning algorithms and move most of the algorithms there? Maybe even with sub-categories: learning algorithms, Category:Classification algorithms and such. --87.174.70.235 (talk) 07:05, 27 October 2011 (UTC)
- I tried to do this, but it's quite messy, because certain areas such as Category:Classification algorithms, Category:Decision trees, Category:Evolutionary algorithms, Category:Ensemble learning already have their own categories. But we still need to organize all this better, for example with Category:Computational learning theory or something like this. There are a dozen terms from theoretical learning in here. Many could probably also just summarized somewhere as "terms used in machine learning". Also, many of the linked techniques are more or less coming from statistics, and only used in machine learning, should they really go into this category? Be bold! --Chire (talk) 16:26, 27 October 2011 (UTC)
- Also: Category:Machine learning conferences and journals? Category:Concept clustering? --Chire (talk) 16:39, 27 October 2011 (UTC)
