Rename?
[edit]I propose renaming this to either the English "German state-run banks" / "State-run banks of Germany" or the correct German plural form "Landesbanken". Either would stylistically be better than "Landesbanks", which is simply an aberration to a native German speaker and does not give actual information what the entity in question is to the English speaker, i.e. is not innately comprehensible (as a purely English cat would be).
