There is no source stating that Ozymandias is gay. Triump was said to be gay by his creator in a later interview. But, in fact, a person that readed all the related material but the interview wouldn't think so, because he had 2 female romantic interests and a former girlfriend. I think, he should be outed within the DCU before he is listed as a confirmed gay. Btw, some lists of gay superheroes on the internet feature a category for superheroes that are possibly gay but the evidence is still ambiguos.
