i dont think that juvenile delinquents begin because of a lack of parental control it can be the people that there hanging out with their friends can just give alot of pressure peer pressure is the #1 thing that drives kids into juvenile delinquency the only way to end this is to talk to the kids and get them to stop hanging out with the wrong people it just that simple not to just throw them in jail just ask why we all no its peer pressure be adults about this
