Inclusion criteria

What are the inclusion criteria for this category? I would have assumed that it might be "watercraft designed for use by an individual", but the Necker Nymph has a pilot and two passengers, so where do we draw the line? --RexxS (talk) 19:38, 7 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
