I'm not sure that this sub-category should exist. How do we distinguish between central PA and not central PA? The parent category isn't so large as to necessitate sub-categorization, so living without this category would be acceptable. Perhaps it should still exist, but a definition that well-defines inclusion needs to be made and that will be hard, I think. Jason Quinn (talk) 20:50, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
