This category should not be speedy deleted as being unpopulated, because it's not unpopulated. The editor who nominated it for speedy deletion is on a bizarre campaign to delete a whole bunch of skateboarding-related articles without explanation. He systematically removed the category from a bunch or articles and then nominated it for deletion as unpopulated. It is now populated because his category removals have been reverted. I can see this heading toward ANI, so if the reviewing admin wants to have a quick look - this is his 4th or 5th rejected CSD attempt in a couple of days. Stalwart11123:04, 5 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
