This should be "people of at least some french descent from Ontario" as how is Ryan Gosling or Dalton McGuinty a Franco-Ontarian? I doubt either of them personally identify themselves as one. That would be similar to adding Jean Charest to the Anglophone-Quebec People list just because he is half Irish-Canadian.
