Clarrification needed...
[edit]Is it correct to say that a "private military" is one that is not run, operated, finance, or accountable to a government?
Reason for asking is that a lot of characters that are members of fictional government teams/agencies/military units are getting added to this cat.

- That is a major problem for this category. What makes it worse is these edits are often being added by the category creator. And it's not just that groups who are run, operated, financed, or accountable to a government that are being added. L.E.G.I.O.N. is decribed as 'an interplanetary police force', yet members of this organization, which was not a military, let alone a 'private military' were added to the category.
