Rather astounded that the list of English archaeologists does not include a whole bunch of well-known people, including J.G.D. (Grahame) Clarke, Arthur Evans, Glyn Daniel (OK, Welsh), V. Gordon Childe (Australian, but worked and taught in Britain), Stuart Piggott, Geoffrey Bibby, Max Mallowan, Leonard Woolley, Mortimer Wheeler etc., etc..--Death Bredon (talk) 14:03, 9 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
