Why is Elizabeth Arden included on this page? There is no mention of "Lilly" anywhere in her article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 199.120.191.6 (talk) 17:29, 5 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

She sold her company to Lilly in 1971. This appears in the Lilly article: Lilly made an uncharacteristic, but ultimately profitable, move in 1971 when it bought cosmetic manufacturer Elizabeth Arden for $38 million. Sixteen years later, Lilly sold Arden to Fabergé in 1987 for $657 million.
