@Fayenatic london: On balance, I'd prefer it was kept. Per Category:National Council (Switzerland), this is a logical category name, which would exist if the articles on elections to the National Council were not combined with other related elections. (I'm not saying that the combination is a bad idea, just that the structure of the articles dictates this naming).
