Deaths from diarrhea

I believe that Diarrhea has been mis categorized. Diarrhea is not an infectious disease. Some infectious diseases can result in diarrhea but there can be other causes of diarrhea. Nazli 23:57, 6 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Should this be a contained category

I think we want this to be a contained category with no articles. I believe while some infectious diseases it is worth categorizing them as the cause of death, we have never agreed that just dying from any particular infectious disease is a defining enough case to justify a category. I think both the general category and any sub-cat not for a specific disease would best only have categories, and that all articles would be under a specific disease.John Pack Lambert (talk) 17:43, 9 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
