A bit of rationale for this category

Schwarzschild coordinates (aka curvature or area coordinates) are defined for any static spherically symmetric spacetime, which is part of the rationale for encouraging the creation of articles on coordinate charts to parallel articles on exact solutions. Needless to say, articles on static spherically symmetric perfect fluids should link to the article on Schwarzschild coordinates, and vice versa.---CH (talk) 08:47, 8 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]
