Purpose of this category

I am using this category to tag the names of the offices which the Indian government includes in the group which it refers to as "cabinet ministers." One precedent for this kind of categorization is that the offices which the United States government includes in its executive cabinet are all tagged with Category:United States Executive Cabinet.
