@RadioKAOS: Re [1], from what I can see, the Commons category commons:Category:Alaska Natives is correctly linked from Category:Alaska Native, which is about the ethnic group. This category seems to be about individual people, and I can't find a matching category on Commons. I could create a new category on Commons, since there seems to be enough subcategories for it, but I'm confused by your mention of a CFD - I can only find old ones.
