Description: This category tracks articles that have not been confirmed to be following the style of using shortened footnotes when a citation is made to different pages of the same source, and not for any other purpose. The template {{Note short footnote style 1}} is used to place an inquiry and explanatory information on the talk page of such articles. This also adds this tracking category so that the article discussion may be later examined to see if there is confirmation of the style or not. After comments establish what the style is, an appropriate notice is placed on the talk page for citation maintenance purposes. This category will be emptied as article styles are identified, and may occasionally have no members.
