Beresford Hillsdale Neighborhood Association (BHNA) ea non-profitstablished in 1990 is the largest neighborhood associations in the City of San Mateo, representing more than 3500 homes. The area is located on the Southside of Hwy 92 bounded by Belmont and El Camino - BHNA's charter was established as a result of local zoning disagreements and serves as a "quality of life" watch dog organization.
