A list of major proponents of intelligent design. These people are a part of the intelligent design movement and most are affiliated with the United States Discovery Institute, a conservative Christian think tank.

It is to be noted however that some of the people mentioned in this article believe in theistic evolution (such as John Lennox) and agree with traditional Darwinian mechanics (Consider God to be an additional factor. For example, both Asa Gray and George F. Wright believed in Darwinism, but still considered God to be a driving force keeping all the designs fine-tuned). Some people like William L. Craig although may or may not believe in evolution, still maintain that the theory of evolution is compatible with faith and do not object against evolution.
