It is not for databases, "view online only" resources, etc. Google Books, Internet Archive, and some other sites that provide downloadable copies of free works and view-online-only copies of non-free works can be categorized here if the templates can be used to link to the downloadable material. YouTube and other sites that prevent or try to prevent content downloads do not qualify.
