This is an automatic tracking category. It is generated by {{Infobox language}} by adding a value to the field linglist but not to iso3, and explaining the exception with isoexception=dialect. These should be dialects of ISO languages in the opinion of the editors of the WP article, not just according to Linguist List or Ethnologue.
