- kidnapping (repealed by the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act 1997[3]
- false imprisonment (repealed by the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act 1997[4]
- affray (repealed by Criminal Justice (Public Order) Act 1994)[5]
