Andrew Colgrave: My head striking coach who took my approach as a fighter to a whole new level, didn't have much to work with as far as natural ability goes and still made me a champion. Daniel Kelly : What can I say, this man not only got to see the changes I went through in my career, but was a driving force behind it, will be forever grateful for this man as a colleague, a coach and a friend. Someone who I will happily endure as long as he'll have me. And of course my gorgeous family, particularly my girl Samantha Haynes Anyone who is envolved in this sport knows just how much of a selfish endeavour it is and she has supported me unrelentingly for almost 10yrs, she's gone through the high lows, win losses and weight cuts that I do and deserves as much credit for my career as anyone. I look forward to participating in this amazing sport in many different ways in years to come and hope you guys have as many fond memories of my biffo as I do. Will keep this page active with plenty of MMA content. See you all around the traps, stay strong, stay happy and keep punching ❤️"".
