The Caiuá Group is a geological group of the Bauru Supersequence, Paraná Basin in the states of Paraná and São Paulo in Brazil, whose strata date back to the Cretaceous. Dinosaur, pterosaur and squamate remains are among the fossils that have been recovered from the formation.[1]
