Burris Fork

Burris Fork is a stream in Moniteau and Morgan counties in the U.S. state of Missouri.[1] It is a tributary of North Moreau Creek.[2]

The stream headwaters arise in Morgan County adjacent to Missouri Route 52 approximately three miles southeast of Versailles[2] at 38°25′08″N 92°46′40″W / 38.41889°N 92.77778°W / 38.41889; -92.77778.[1] The stream flows to the northeast into Moniteau County and passes under Missouri Route 87 to enter the North Moreau approximately four miles southeast of California[2] at 38°34′45″N 92°32′40″W / 38.57917°N 92.54444°W / 38.57917; -92.54444.[1]

Burris Fork has the name of the local Burris family, the original owners of the site.[3]
