Barbs B Q (or Barbs-B-Q) is a restaurant in Lockhart, Texas.[1][2] It was named one of the twelve best new restaurants in the United States by Eater in 2023.[3] In 2024, Barbs B Q was a semifinalist in the Best New Restaurant category of the James Beard Foundation Awards.[4] It was also named one fo the best new restaurants of 2024 by Bon Appétit.[5]
