Barbara Durkee (1935–2022) was an American artist. She is known for being a co founder of the artist collective USCO (Us Company) in New York.[1] She also co founded the spiritual community, the Lama Foundation in New Mexico in 1968.[2]

Durkee was born in 1935 in Los Angeles California. For a time she was married to fellow artist Stephen Durkee. She changed her name from Barbara Durkee to Asha Greer. She died on January 7, 2022, in Virginia.[3]

An example of her work with USCO is in the National Gallery of Art.[4] She is also credited with working on the design and production of the original edition of the book, Be Here Now, produced by the Lama Foundation.[5]
