Bai Jobe (born December 22, 2004)[1] is an American football defensive end for the Kansas Jayhawks. He previously played for the Michigan State Spartans.
Early life and high school
[edit]Growing up, Jobe was born and raised in Senegal before he moved to the US in 8th grade.[2] Coming out of high school, Jobe was rated as a four star recruit, the 55th overall prospect, and Michigan State's top recruit in the class of 2023.[3] Jobe also held offers from schools such as Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas, Texas A&M, Miami, and Michigan State.[4] Ultimately, Jobe decided to commit to play college football for the Michigan State Spartans.[5][6]
College career

[edit]During Jobe's freshman season in 2023, he appeared in just one game against Washington, where he notched two tackles.[7] After the conclusion of the 2023 season, Jobe decided to enter his name into the NCAA transfer portal.[8][9]
Kansas
[edit]Jobe decided to transfer to play for the Kansas Jayhawks.[10][11]
