Asiapistosia subnigra is a moth of the subfamily Arctiinae. It was described by John Henry Leech in 1899. It is found in the Chinese provinces of Shaanxi, Zhejiang, Fujian, Hubei, Hunan, Sichuan, Yunnan and Guangdong.[1]
