The team event at the 2022 Asian Games took place from 6 to 8 October 2023 at HOC Aquatics Center.[1][2]

On 7 October 2022, World Aquatics (then FINA) voted to amend its rules to allow up to two male athletes to participate in the team event.[3][4] However, only two male swimmers from China and Thailand participated in the games.
