Anyway, I'm Falling in Love with You (Japanese: どうせ、恋してしまうんだ。, Hepburn: Dōse, Koishite Shimaunda) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Haruka Mitsui . It has been serialized in Kodansha's shōjo manga magazine Nakayoshi since November 2020, with its chapters collected in nine tankōbon volumes as of August 2024. An anime television series adaptation produced by Typhoon Graphics is set to premiere in January 2025.

[edit]Written and illustrated by Haruka Mitsui , Anyway, I'm Falling in Love with You started in Kodansha's shōjo manga magazine Nakayoshi on November 2, 2020.[6] Kodansha has collected its chapters into individual tankōbon volumes. The first volume was released on March 12, 2021.[1] As of August 9, 2024, nine volumes have been released.[7]
In North America, the manga has been licensed for English digital release by Kodansha USA.[8] In July 2023, Kodansha USA announced that they would start releasing the manga in print in 2024.[9]

Anime
[edit]In February 2024, it was announced that the manga would receive an anime television series adaptation.[28] It will be produced by Typhoon Graphics and directed by Junichi Yamamoto, with scripts written by Yū Murai and Nagisa Nario, characters designed by Io Shiiba, and music composed by Keiji Inai.[4] The series is set to premiere on TBS and BS11 on January 10, 2025.[3][29] The opening theme song is "Make it Count" by INI,[29] while the ending theme song is "Negaigoto" (願いごと, lit. 'Wish') by Marcy.[5] Crunchyroll will stream the series.[30]
Stage play
[edit]A stage play adaptation is set to run in Tokyo and Osaka in February 2025.[31]
Reception
[edit]The series had over 1 million copies in circulation by October 2023.[32]
