Ambeghar (Balapur) is a village in the Palghar district of Maharashtra, India. It is located in the Vikramgad taluka.[1]

The Ambeghar panchayat administers the following habitations: Ambeghar, Jadhavpada, Jambhulpada (5-gharpada), Tandelpada and Tumbadpada.[2]
