Abubakr Ali

Abubakr Ali is an Egyptian-born American actor.[1][2] On television, he played Officer Samir Bashir in Law & Order: Organized Crime.[3] He also played the lead in the 2022 film Anything's Possible.[1]

Ali was born in Egypt and raised in Pasadena, California.[3] He is a Muslim.[4] According to an interview he did for Wonderland, Ali and his family moved to the United States in 2000; his father died in 2017.[1]
