The AVIC Baidi Type-B (白帝, lit. "White Emperor") is a 6th generation stealth fighter concept proposed by the Aviation Industry Corporation of China and unveiled in November 2024.
Doubts of viability of aircraft
[edit]In November 2024, the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) released footage of a mockup of the “integrated space-air fighter”, which it claims will be capable of dropping "munitions from space".[1] Critics have noted that such claims of space operations capability lack evidence and are "dubious".[2]
