The 13th Libera Awards, also named 2024 Libera Awards, were held on June 10, 2024, at Gotham Hall in New York City, United States, presented by the American Association of Independent Music (A2IM) to recognize achievements in independent music on 2023.[1]

The nominations were announced on March 20, 2024.[2] American rock musician Blondshell led the nominations with five, followed by Mitski and De La Soul (both with four), and Killer Mike, Indigo De Souza, Jerry Garcia, Caroline Polachek and Wednesday, all with three each.[3]

Three categories were introduced: Publisher of the Year, Distributor of the Year, and Best Record from Games and Interactive Media; increasing the number of competitive categories from thirty-seven to forty.[4] Louis Posen, American record producer and founder of Hopeless Records, will be honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award.[3]
