The 2024 Baylor Bears football team represents Baylor University as a member of the Big 12 Conference during the 2024 NCAA Division I FBS football season . They are led by Dave Aranda in his fifth year as their head coach. The Bears play home games at McLane Stadium located in Waco, Texas .
