The 2024–25 Stephen F. Austin Ladyjacks basketball team represents Stephen F. Austin State University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Ladyjacks, who were led by third-year head coach Leonard Bishop, play their home games at the William R. Johnson Coliseum in Nacogdoches, Texas, as members of the Southland Conference (SLC).
