2023 UEFA European Under-21 Championship squads

The following is a list of squads for all sixteen national teams that competed at the 2023 UEFA European Under-21 Championship.[1] Each national team had to submit a final squad of 23 players, three of whom had to be goalkeepers.[2]

Players in boldface were capped at full international level at some point in their career.

Ages, caps, goals and clubs as of 21 June 2023.
