The 2023 Takasaki Open 2 is a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It is the second edition of the tournament which was part of the 2023 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. It took place in Takasaki, Japan between 20 and 26 November 2023.[1]
