The 2023 Meghalaya State League(MSL) is the 3rd edition of The Meghalaya State League. Meghalaya State League is the top state-level football league in the Indian state of Meghalaya. It is managed by Meghalaya Football Association (MFA).[1] Shillong Lajong are the current champions by virtue of winning the second edition.[2][3]
Changes from last season
[edit]- The number of teams has been increased from 21 to 25.
Format
[edit]25 teams are divided into four groups and the games will be played at four venues.
The teams will play each other once during the group stage.
Group A, B, C and D winners go through to the semi-final and play a two legged semis followed by the FINAL.

The four group winners will qualify for the semi-finals.
