The 2023 Major Clubs T20 Tournament was a Twenty20 cricket tournament that took place in Sri Lanka. It was the second season of the Major Clubs T20 Tournament, organized by Sri Lanka Cricket.The tournament was played from 27 May to 11 June 2023.[1]
The final match between Colts and Nondescripts was washed out due to rain and ended in a no result, and both teams were declared joint champions.[2]
Format
[edit]The 22 qualifying teams were divided into four groups of sixes, with the top two teams in each group advancing to the knockout stage. which consisted of two semi-finals and a final.[citation needed]

[edit]The group stage will consist of four groups of sixes teams, played as a single round-robin format. The top two teams in each group will progress to the knockout-stage.[citation needed]
