Rankings from AP Poll

The 2023 Arizona State Sun Devils football team represented Arizona State University as a member of the Pac-12 Conference during the 2023 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Sun Devils were led by Kenny Dillingham in his first year as head coach. Dillingham was hired as Arizona State's head coach in late November 2022.[1]

Arizona State announced on August 2 a multi-year naming rights partnership. The Sun Devils played their home games at Mountain America Stadium in Tempe, Arizona.[2]

This was Arizona State's final season in the Pac-12 Conference before they moved to the Big 12 Conference in 2024.[3] On August 27, Arizona State announced a self imposed 2023 bowl game ban due to recruiting violations from the 2020 season.[4]
