The 2023–24 FIU Panthers women's basketball team represented Florida International University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Panthers, led by third-year head coach Jesyka Burks-Wiley, played their home games at Ocean Bank Convocation Center in Miami, Florida as members of Conference USA (C-USA).

Previous season

[edit]

The Panthers finished the 2022–23 season 14–19, 7–13 in C-USA play, to finish in a tie for eighth place.[1] Due to tiebreakers, they received the #8 seed in the C-USA tournament, they were defeated by #9 seed Charlotte in the quarterfinals.[2] They received an invitation into the WBI,[3] where they were defeated by East Tennessee State in the first round[4] and defeated UIC in the consolation round,[5] before defeating North Dakota in the fifth-place game.[6]
