The 2022–23 San Antonio Spurs season was the 56th season of the franchise, its 47th in the National Basketball Association (NBA), and its 50th in the San Antonio area.

On March 7, 2023, the Spurs were eliminated from playoff contention for the fourth consecutive season with the Oklahoma City Thunder's win over the Golden State Warriors and the Dallas Mavericks win over the Utah Jazz.[2] The Spurs also had their worst season since the 1996–97 season where they went 20–62.
