The 2008–09 All-Ireland Senior Club Football Championship was the 39th staging of the All-Ireland Senior Club Football Championship since its establishment by the Gaelic Athletic Association in 1970-71. The championship began on 19 October 2008 and ended on 17 March 2009.
St. Vincent's were the defending champions, however, they failed to qualify after being beaten by Kilmacud Crokes in a semi-final replay of the 2008 Dublin County Championship.[1] There were no representative clubs from Waterford or Wexford due to a delay in the completion of their county championships.
On 17 March 2009, Kilmacud Crokes won the championship following a 1-09 to 0-07 defeat of Crossmaglen Rangers in the All-Ireland final at Croke Park.[2] It was their second championship title overall and their first title since 1995.[3]
Kilmacud's Mark Vaughan was the championship's top scorer with 2-32.
