The 1969 Summer Deaflympics (Serbian: Летње олимпијаде глувих 1969), officially known as the 11th Summer Deaflympics (Serbian: 11. Ljetne Olimpijske igre gluhih), is an international multi-sport event that was celebrated from August 9 to 16, 1969 in Belgrade, Yugoslavia.[1]

The 11th Summer Deaflympics Games were originally scheduled to be held from 13 to 24 December 1968 in Mexico City, but was decided to host it in 1969 due to the schedule of 1968 Summer Olympics.
