The 1951 Westmeath Senior Hurling Championship was the 46th staging of the Westmeath Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Westmeath County Board in 1903.
Delvin entered the championship as defending champions, defeating Collinstown in last year's final.
The final was played on September 16, 1951, at Cusack Park in a rematch between Delvin and Collinstown. Delvin won the match 4-6 - 2–8, to retain their title, the club's third overall.[1][2][3]
